About

A software company in Paphos

Dubir Group Limited has been registered in Cyprus since February 2019. We build software: our own products, custom development for clients, and AI systems that run inside a business rather than beside it. A small team, one office, no sales floor.

What we actually do

Most of the work is custom: web and mobile applications, APIs, cloud platforms, and the unglamorous internal systems that a company discovers it needs once a spreadsheet stops coping.

Alongside that we run two of our own products, Christine, an AI secretary that answers messages, and Hartia, which turns notes into a branded, priced proposal. And we deploy open language models on client hardware for the cases where data is not allowed to leave the building.

Who writes the tools and guides

The calculators and guides on this site are written and maintained by Evdokiia Petrovskaia, director of Dubir Group Limited.

They exist because we needed them. We run Cyprus payroll for our own staff, so we work out employer cost, social insurance and GESY every month; we buy and power GPUs for on-premise AI, so we size VRAM and argue about whether an API bill beats a graphics card. Publishing the working was cheaper than answering the same questions by email.

Nothing here is tax advice or a benchmark. Every tax figure carries the source it came from and the date it was last checked; every hardware figure is an estimate from published specifications, and says so.

Working with us

A first call is enough to scope a piece of work and to say honestly whether we are the right people for it. We are as likely to tell you that an off-the-shelf tool solves your problem as to quote for building one.
